Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping (United States Only) We currently ship to the continental United States only. Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment providers and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. 8Sydes Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Carriers We work with multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners based on your order type.
